Jayanta  K. Bandyopadhyay, is a pioneer and a leading expert in Quality and Productivity management. He is the Founding Father of (ISQPM), The International Society of Quality and Productivity Management. He is also a tenured Professor of Management at Central Michigan University and possesses over twenty five years of teaching, research and training experience in quality and productivity management areas. He authored QS-9000 Handbook for Registration and Audit, and published numerous articles on Quality and Supply Chain Managed in refereed Journals. He is also the Managing Editor of International Journal of Quality and Productivity Management.
